Assistant General Counsel - Chase Card Services
The candidate's responsibilities will include providing legal advice and counsel to various business and functional members of the Card Services business and operations on a number of corporate, commercial, litigation, regulatory and day-to-day business matters. Work on transactional and commercial matters. Serve as advisor and counsel to designated business, functional and control partners in the Card Services business. Work on specific identified projects in support of the Card Services business. Prevent, minimize, diagnose and remedy legal risks. Help drive a culture of legal/regulatory risk awareness within the businesses covered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
