Wilmington office seeks intellectual property partner preferably having a minimum of $500K in portable business and capacity to assist with and expand the existing 3iP practice. The candidate must have experience drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, advising clients on patent and trademark infringement and validity matters, and drafting intellectual property-related agreements. Candidate with significant experience in complex patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright litigation will also be considered. Must be a member of the Delaware State Bar.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
