We are now looking to add a Server Assistant to our exceptional staff.
The Server Assistant is responsible to help our Servers serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and first class guest service The ideal Server Assistant candidate has a warm and friendly personality that puts our guests at ease and sets expectations of dining excellence. The Server Assistant has some previous serving experience and is willing to train under the supervision of an appointed Server. The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated wit this position:
o Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
o Knowledgable of all menu items, ingredients, preparation, and presentation
o Performs side-work
o Buses and sets tables, as needed
o Performs set up and breakdown of various stations and room configurations
o Communicates with Servers and management
o Practices, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations
o Maintains a safe working condition
o Perform other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
