Responsibilities : Efficiently and effectively execute breakthrough marketingstrategies through integrated multi-channel campaigns (email/direct mail,online, social, print, video, etc.) Leverage consumer insights, reports/analytics andindustry best practices to influence marketing strategies and drive innovation Work with internal and external creative teams (includingwriters and designers) to lead development of marketing creative that supportsstrategic initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to bring creative tomarket Develop and execute strategies and programs to drive Associateengagement for our brand and Customer marketing initiatives to drive increasedperformance across our branch network Working Relationships: Reports to: Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy Internal Contacts : AllCapital One 360 Associates and Capital One Associatesincluding Line of Business clients, digital clients, Brand stakeholders,creative teams, Legal and Compliance. External Contacts: Marketing agencies,creative partners, etc Technical skills and abilities: Thinks digital first - student of digital and must be fascinated by it Customer centricity and passion for the Customer experience is a must A strong understanding of Web trends and technologies Must be willing to be hands-on and ready to roll up sleeves in order to get things done Personality to work effectively with internal and external partners Working Conditions: Occasional business travel is required Work flexibility as business needs requires High-pressure work environment to meet deadlines and deliver results Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications: Basic
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; Or Military experience At least 1 year of experience in consumer marketing or advertising account management At least 1 year of experience executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns Preferred
Qualifications: Ability to multitask and juggle simultaneous projects Persuasive, strong communicator both orally and in writing Exposure to Customer targeted marketing or a Customer experience focused role. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
