What you'll be doing:
- Performs clerical and administrative activities specific to the human resources function.
- Maintains and processes confidential information, forms and records.
- May respond to inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
- Checks personnel-related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintains files and records of a confidential nature, and prepares periodic standardized reports.
- Liaison with all the recruiting process vendors (BCD Travel, Hotels, Parking, T-shirts, and Shuttles).
- Track candidate itineraries and create combined shuttle reservations
- Create expense reports/memo orders to pay all candidate related expenses
- Purchase books, distribute, and record results for Career Anchors assessment
- Purchase, assemble, and send out the new hire welcoming packages
- Maintain systems, spreadsheets, distribution lists to track and communicate movement of engineers within the program
- Provide support for ADM and NES conferences such as manage travel, create name tags and pay consultants.
- Manage the Field Manager's calendar
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to organize, plan and adjust to rapidly changing work responsibilities and manage multiple tasks independently to achieve desired business results.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office include PowerPoint , Excel and Word , plus Outlook , and email in addition to corporate IT applications such as AT&T web conferencing, eWorkplace, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage content of collaboration spaces (databases, SharePoint, etc.).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job.
