Client Technical Services (CTS) is part of Core Systems Operations (CSO) in the Aladdin Product Group (APG), with responsibility for integrating functional teams in support of Aladdin through the CSO Command Center, a 24/7 global operations center. CTS team also manages key functions within CSO, including Project Management, Business Management, Change and Incident Management.
This position in New York will be responsible for project management of software development or other technical project and coordination between various business and technology initiatives driven by CSO. The successful candidate will own responsibility for the successful execution of projects focused on increased operational platform stability and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of the candidate are as follows:
Provide strong leadership and effective management of technical projects
Build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring focus on solving business problems
Provide meaningful reporting and metrics for each project
Monitor and track project health and anticipate potential risks to the global portfolio
Anticipate and effectively resolve project issues
Chair regular status meetings with all stakeholders

Experience:
The candidate is expected to possess and be able to demonstrate the following:
4 years of technical project management experience (financial services is preferred, but not required)
Strong leadership, organization and critical thinking skills
Self-directed, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and getting things done
Excellent written/verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Skilled at developing and coordinating project plans along with a history of completing projects on time and budget
Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or related IT field preferable
