Our Family Owned and Operated Company supplies ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, industrial and government projects in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the highest level of customer satisfaction including order taking, dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries, delivery efficiency, and inter-department communication.
Prior dispatch/logistics preferred but will train the right candidate Construction Industry background is desirable.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Y Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
, and knowledge of current operating systems and office suites Y Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check Y Able to do basic math Y Able to work independently with attention to detail Y Able to follow direction and work effectively in a team environment Y Able to respond to stressful situations and customers in a professional, courteous manner Y Able to read maps Y Ability to effectively prioritize assignments to meet long-term and short-term deadlines Y Excellent organizational skills Y Able to write reports, document findings, and procedures, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Y Regular and predictable attendance, ability to work overtime, and rotating Saturday shift.
