Sr Mgr Roadmap & Planning at TD Bank in Wilmington, DE
Job Description o Works with Payments and Strategic Enablement leadership to develop and maintain 3-5 year overall US Payments high level roadmap o Incorporates small, medium and large initiatives to be transitioned to the delivery teams as capacity becomes available o Roadmap planning to include both Payments and Strategic Enablement initiatives and both internal & vendor build needs o Engages with existing TD vendors to determine potential solutions to customer problems and identifies additional capabilities offered o Engages with new vendors to identify capabilities that could be used to solve customer problems o Engages with fintechs to identify capabilities and determine feasibility for integration into TD o Engages with DCX (Digital Customer Experience) during design thinking, prototyping, in-market testing o Determines preliminary list of features/requirements for build/buy o Creates High Level Product Definition (with support of Technology/Architecture/DCX) o Works with Payments Head of Delivery on high level solution design and architecture o Researches possible internal and external technology options then works with Technology on early T-shirt sizing/SWAG for effort & timing o Works with DCX on product offer and design experience o Determines KPI and identifies what success looks like for a particular problem or initiative o Engages with partner organizations and day to day product management teams to ensure integrated strategy (including US Retail, Small Business, Commercial, Marketing, Digital) o Critical input streams include Payments Strategy team, JD Power scores and feedback, LEI reports Requirements o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience o 10
years of related experience o Demonstrated knowledge of existing payments products, platforms, and functionality within both traditional financial services as well as fintech and emerging technology o Demonstrated knowledge of AGILE development, ceremonies, and planning methods o Proven experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing data into meaningful reports o Experience developing compelling written presentations using qualitative and quantitative data, and delivering to technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels, including executive leadership o Proven experience working in a project-based environment, including scoping projects and defining deliverables o Proficient PC skills (Microsoft office)
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
