Director - MI Operations Excellence, the Operations Excellence Manager for Medical Information (MI) is responsible for supporting the creation the operations, innovation and communications strategy and is responsible for driving the tactical implementation and execution.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring prioritized initiatives are identified, implemented, and the outcomes measured.
The Operations Excellence Manager will act as an intermediary between MI and its multiple stakeholders, including Biopharmaceuticals Medical, Oncology Business Unit Medical and Local Markets, to provide MI operational management, digital innovation and impactful communications.
Accountabilities/
Responsibilities:
Execution of Operations Excellence Strategy (including Digital/Innovation/Omnichannel) Contribute to the overall development of MI Operational Strategic goals, objectives and timelines, including the digital/innovation/omnichannel strategy Lead and contribute to various digital initiatives Increase visibility and understanding of the Medical Content Transformation and Foundational Medical Channels to advance local market utilization, reduce duplication, ensure optimization of medical content fit for omnichannel needs Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and identify bests practices, priorities and innovative technology solutions/opportunities to improve effectiveness of the MI team and the impact to the broader Medical/Commercial organization Develop and maintain the stakeholder management plan, conducting continuous stakeholder analysis, and work cross-functionally to align on strategy and plans MI Budget Management across US and Global budgets, working across multiple TAs & across function Execution of Communications Strategy Lead the development, execution and on-going maintenance of the external MI/Medical communication strategy, including the use of digital channels Maintain a continuous engaging line of communication across global, regional local MI and Medical teams.
Develop and implement clear, consistent, and impactful communications that are strategically aligned with MI/medical goals and important digital/innovation/omnichannel initiatives Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in science, communications or related field marketing, public relations Project Management experience - PMP is preferred, but not required Budget Management experience Excellent organizational, inter-personal and written/spoken communication skills Corporate and/or internal communications experience Skills and Capabilities Proven project management capabilities and ability to coordinate and manage linkages within context of global projects Digital acumen - use of various systems, channels, social media Communication skills - via AZ WorkPlace, Nucleus articles, email, written/live public speaking Ability to identify the most efficient way to develop and deliver effective, succinct communications Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set/manage priorities, resources, and project initiatives in a global and regional environment Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines Proven flexibility and adaptability Ability to think strategically and deliver long range communication and change management plans that are aligned with broader organizational goals Strong ability to effectively collaborate and build effective relationships with various roles across functions and geographies within the organization Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMS Orchestra, Veeva PromoMats and/or Veeva MedComms, Proficiency in the creation of PowerPoint presentations and other communications, design, animations, video At AstraZeneca, we 're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
