Responsibilities:
Conduct probate research for claims utilizing court web sites, email, fax and phone Create and process legal documents related to probate and bankruptcy Process legal correspondence and documents in line with regulatory requirements Collect and interpret data related to department processes Work alongside the team and management to establish business needs Complete administrative tasks daily Monitor accounts to ensure all deadlines are met Update the files in our system as well as excel spreadsheets of daily results Job
Qualifications:
Post high school education or job experience equivalent Administrative or data entry or data analysis experience required Prior collections or legal experience helpful Intermediate level expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and use of internet Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to use Email and Zoom Strong organizational skills Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills Analytical and curious Job Type:
