Ensuring staff use their badges to sign in.
Monitor live feed of cameras Responsible for the daily intake of information as it pertains to staff and visitor Covid screening questions Ensure all visitors sign in using our visitor management kiosks.
Under the direction of the Exec Director & Facilities Manager, the Receptionist will work reliably, effectively, efficiently, and with respect for residents, staff, families, volunteers, professional consultants, and the physical environment of The Center, while adhering to all MCC Policies.
Provide administrative support to Facilities Manager and Executive Director as directed.
Maintains confidentiality of matters handled by Administration Communicates necessary information to the oncoming Security personnel High School Diploma or equivalent Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly visible professional appearance Always positive and can/do attitude.
Proficient user of MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, Canva, Adobe etc Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment Job Type:
