Responsibilities:
The Director, Strategic Communications, is responsible for the strategy and execution of communication campaigns and efforts related to technology initiatives and programs.
This role leads a team and partners with key stakeholders in the organization, providing guidance on communication strategy as well as executing on deliverables.
As a leader in Berkleys enterprise technology function, this role is critical to the success of our team focused on driving the success of critical initiatives through the effective communication and engagement of key audiences.

Plan and design multi-faceted communication tactics and tools that cater to multiple audiences.
Actively participate in and lead projects involving stakeholders across the organization Drive communications strategy and execution across large scale projects and programs Build content for better customer alignment and engagement, creating narratives that are easy to understand at all levels of expertise.
Build strategy and content for employee engagement activities like on-boarding, annual meetings, and others.
Create and manage branding for all recruiting initiatives, including the management of our website and enriching our social media presence.
Build relationships across the organization to better understand differing perspectives and viewpoints.
Strategically measure and evaluate the success of deployed tactics and tools.
Assist with communications and branding as it relates internal initiatives and projects.
Manage projects to ensure content is publication-ready by the launch deadline.
Provide copy review and guidance for both internal and external communications.
Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, talent management and performance management.
Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience, including prior leadership experience.
10 plus years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or similar field Demonstrated ability to work effectively across an organization, developing relationships and understanding multiple viewpoints.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to use multiple channels effectively to deliver content.
Experience in technology or insurance industries preferred.
Understanding of Change Management principles preferred Graphic design skills Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Experience contributing to strategic planning, direction and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.
Demonstrated experience driving multi-faceted communications strategy on large scale projects/programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
