Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at 1.
5X regular rate of pay)
Summary:
Scheduling clinical assignments, collaborating with clinical manager for assignment appropriateness, contacting patients and clinicians to schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
Ensures completed schedules a day, week or month in advance.
Continuous maintenance of schedule throughout the course of the day.
Communicate schedule changes to clinicians, aides and patients.
Ensure all clinicians and aides are scheduled adequately to achieve budgeted productivity.
Assures assignment of patients/services meets timely access to care requirements.
Coordinate and perform daily/weekly reports and reconciliation activities to ensure patient safety is maintained.
Maintain accurate database of employee profile information, availabilities, schedules, and patient demographics.
Process payroll reports and data entry.
Communicate/escalate any conflict in schedules to management.
Demonstrates ability to multitask; maintaining professionalism while dealing with competing priorities and deadlines.
Build professional relationships with patients to ensure excellent service delivery.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Scheduling and Home Health Care experience preferred.
High School diploma (or GED equivalent), associate degree preferred.
