A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - ELECTRIC DISPATCHER This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM.

You dispatch our skilled electricians, ensuring they arrive at customer's homes promptly.
With your coordination skills, you keep the schedule running like a well-oiled machine, rescheduling calls and making outbound connections when needed.
Your superpower lies in resolving customer concerns, always striving to go above and beyond.
Every day, you make sure our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve! REQUIREMENTS MUST have a Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record MUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends MUST be able to engage in telephone conversations 8-10 hours a day MUST have great telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint MUST have excellent customer service skills MUST have excellent typing skills Experience using ServiceTitan CRM software would be a plus! Our ideal Customer Service Rep - Electric Dispatcher will have the ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience, as well as the capacity to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with coworkers, management, and customers.
Being open to learning new concepts and swiftly applying them is crucial.
Our candidate will also demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills, both professionally and technically.
