Responsibilities The Director of Nursing will direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (registered nurses, LPN etc.
) The DON will guide staffing procedures and will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
The DON will organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures.
The DON will control budgets and monitor expenditures.
