Customer Service Lead - Contract to Hire in Wilmington, DE! (A1354942PHI)Our client, a leader in the high-end merchandising industry, is seeking a contract to hire Customer Service Lead to join their team in Wilmington, DE.

About You:
High school diploma or equivalent.

years of customer or client service experience required.
Direct people management experience required.
Incredible interpersonal skills to provide a high-quality customer service experience.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day:
Act as a main point of contact for external customers and vendors regarding products, pricing, order processing, contract agreements, and other documents related to client orders.
Manage a team of assigned customer service representatives and ensure they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.
Resolve escalated customer issues.
Create intervention and improvement plans for team members.
Maintain documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Conduct research for customer inquiries to provide accurate and relevant answers.
Represent the company with professionalism, responsiveness, thoroughness, and white-glove customer service.
This role offers a terrific opportunity to be part of a tight-knit and reputable company.
This contract to hire role pays up to $28 while on a contract basis, and $60k permanently depending on experience.
