At Kelly Professional & Industrial, we are seeking Customer Service Representative to work at an Industry leading Chemical Company in Wilmington, DE.
Customer Service Representative o To be considered for this role you must have at least 1 year experience working in SAP -SAP 12 Advanced SAP/R2/R3 12 Pay Rate:
$20/hr-$25 depending on experience Schedule:
40 hour work week with 3 days in office M, W, TH and 2 days remote T, F What's a typical day? You'll be:
o Initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs.
o Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
o Customer Engagement and Order Management o Responsible for multiple SAP transactions i.
e.
order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, deliveries/shipments, invoices.
o Support customers with all their administrative and technical questions o Build working relationships with commercial team partners to exceed customer expectations o Analyze customer ordering patterns to anticipate customer needs o Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner o Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment o Quickly identify and own resolution of customer issues o Responsible for investigating and driving timely resolution of customer disputes.
