Autism Services (Elementary), Early Years Program (Pre-School) About the Role:
Spindle is actively seeking two qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experiences of our students in both the Autism Services for Elementary and our Early Years Program for Pre-School.
Key
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and behavior support plans for students.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain a conducive learning environment.
Provide training and consultation to school personnel and families regarding evidence-based interventions, data collection, and behavior analysis principles.
Assess students using direct observation, data analysis, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Monitor and adjust interventions based on progress data.
Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Active Delaware Licensure/Certification.
Prior experience in school settings preferred.
Strong understanding of ABA principles, especially in an educational context.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
