Registered Behavior Technician Job in Wilmington, DE Students in Wilmington, Delaware with behavioral conditions are in need of direct help from a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities:
ABA Therapy:
Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients, including implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching communication skills, social skills, and daily living skills.
Data Collection:
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
Behavior Support:
Implement strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the BCBA to develop and modify behavior intervention plans based on client progress and needs.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, etc.
).
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders.
2 Years of Recent Behavioral Experience Required.
