16 schools (specific school assignments to be determined with additional BCBA hires) Pay Rate:
+/- $45 per hour (hourly rate will depend on untaxed weekly stipends offered) Duties:
As a School BCBA in Wilmington, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services within the school settingYour duties will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with school staff, and monitoring student progressKnowledge of PowerSchool, eSchool, and data services is beneficial, and the district can provide teaching support if needed
Qualifications:
Delaware BCBA licensure Experience working in school settings and with pediatric populations Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Travel with Spindle?
