Jacobs is seeking an energetic Regional Technical Specialist (HACH Wims Support) to join our team to support the Operations Management & Facilities Services (OMFS) business.
In this role, you'll assume a leading role on special projects providing HACH Wims support as needed, performing Project Development Evaluations and Full Contract Operation (FCO) reviews.
You'll provide client and business development support, evaluate facilities and suggest improvements to operations personnel and/or design engineers, assist with the startup, development of operational guides and perform training and performance evaluations for new facilities.
You'll also analyze process control procedures and recommend changes where needed; prepare monthly reports to the Director of Technical Specialists on utilization, work summaries and work projections; review designs for operability; perform project follow up reviews to determine client satisfaction with past service and develop recommendations on the need for future service; and prepare or assist in the preparation of proposals.

this position will require up to 50% travel.

Here's What You'll Need:
o Ten (10) years of experience in operation and maintenance of water/wastewater treatment plant facilities; or 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
o Five (5) years of experience using and managing HACH Wims software (Water Process Database)o Water/Wastewater Operator Certification at the highest level required by resident State, or ability to obtain within one year of employmento Experience in budget preparation and financial accountabilityo Four (4) years of experience in a supervisory capacityo Experience with technical writing, prepare and give presentationso Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteo Ability to travel up to 50% of the timeo Valid State Driver's License with no major infractionsIdeally, You'll Also Have:
