Administrative Director- Radiology

The Administrative Director, Radiology is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Radiology Department, including all clinical and administrative functions related to Radiology practice and hospital operations.
This position will collaborate in the development of strategies, lead the implementation, and ensure the monitoring and improvement of programs, services, and processes designed to advance the Radiology Department.
Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding and proven track record of executing on operational and financial objectives to effectively drive Radiology practice and hospital operations to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure processes and systems are in place to allow for the proactive recognition of opportunities to improve the delivery of care and quality of service provided by the Radiology Department.
Facilitate the development and implementation of plans to capitalize on areas of opportunity.
Develop and execute department capital and operating budgets in effort to meet and exceed financial performance and budgetary goals for departments, while never sacrificing quality, safety, and the service experience.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative programs and services for the Radiology Department.
Demonstrate a firm grasp of operational inter-relationships at various organizational levels.
Utilize relationships to capitalize on opportunities to improve access to and quality of care.
Provide leadership of Radiology Department programs and services through teaching, coaching, and mentoring in effort to meets and exceeds goals and targets in the areas of finance, operations, quality, safety, service, process improvement, and Associate engagement.
Demonstrates knowledge of state, federal and JCAHO regulations and assures that department is always performing within these regulations.
Responsible for participation in departmental and hospital programs for Quality Assessment and Improvement, identifying opportunities to improve services, making recommendations, and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of the Nemours Foundation.
Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by associate's supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Imaging Technologist training in education history preferred 5
Year relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Administration Business Process Improvement Clinical Works Finance Financial Management Imaging Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
