Senior Program ManagerWilmington, DEAs a Barclays Senior Program Manager, you will manage complex, highly visible programs or projects that cut across the business, operations, and technology by developing a plan, analyzing potential risks and benefits, collaborating with your business partners to land on the best solutions, and driving your team to deliver through completion.
In this role, you will also be responsible for supporting with the daily administrative tasks including time management, training and other duties as required.

What will you be doing?o Managing large projects with multiple business, operations, and technology stakeholderso Organizing project delivery cadence and run effective discussions with senior leadership and project teamo Coordinating overall documentation across all bank functions including requirements, meeting agendas, minutes, weekly status reports, ensuring compliance with Barclays policies & standardso Defining, creating, and updating project plan, tracking upcoming deliverables, and ensuring completion of project milestones and taskso Performing daily administrative tasks including time management, training and other duties as requiredo Ensuring projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, &objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements &client's needso Being responsible for managing a team of project managerso Leveraging project management best practicesWhat we're looking for:
o Several years project management experience, managing projects and teamso Proven ability to manage and influence resources to deliver to intended outcomes in a matrixed environmento Self-motivated, quick, and assertiveo Detail-oriented and organizedSkills that will help you in the role:
o More than three years' experience working in Financial Serviceso Budget management experienceo Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)o PMP/PMI certification, LEAN or Six Sigma will be a plusWhere will you be working?Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington Riverfront.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
