June 3- August 9Do you enjoy analyzing data and problem solving?Do you enjoy interacting with customers and internal teams?Are you interestedin supporting a global business?We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Specialist for the Digital Brand Services Sales Enablement teamThe Onboarding Specialist will work directly with our Sales, Sales Enablement and Pricing & Invoicing Teams to ensure we have all necessary documents/information to raise and invoice order(s) for all incoming sales.
As a Sales Enablement Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the successful onboarding submission of all DBS Sales opportunities globallyIn this role, you will be required to collaborate with sales and contacts within client/prospect accounts to collect all necessary documentation and required information for opportunity processing.
Someone who enjoys client interaction, problem solving,isself-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serving as the project manager to oversee the onboarding of DBS SalesManagement of communication with customers via Salesforce CRMTimely review, response, and initiation of all client requestsResearch and evaluation of requirements necessary for opportunity qualificationLiaise between the customer, sales and internal teams to submit applicable onboardingsAbility to communicate and collect requirements necessary for sales opportunitiesAssisting with customer questions and providing on-the-spot status updatesFacilitating client and/or internal calls to provide updates on the status of the onboardingManaging the accuracy of all opportunity/onboarding information in Salesforce CRMProvide suggestions for improvements to both internal and external processesWhat technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?Focus on delivering high customer service standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectivelyAbility to manage a high-volume of work while adhering to quality performance standardsAmbition to welcome challenges and strive to out-perform set goals and expectationsAgility to work independently or in a team setting, often with minimal directionProblem-solving skills, including research and analytical skillsAbility to learn quickly and embrace new systems, technology, and processesStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and OfficeA high level of comfort preparing spreadsheets (Pivot tables and v-lookups)Model CSC values of service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and being genuine.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
