Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of front office and office staff - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion - Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance - Responsible for collections - Handle customer inquiries and direct to the appropriate person - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations - Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
