The Recruiting Program Lead is responsible for building partnerships with Workforce Management organizations, colleges, and universities within the Bank s footprint to support and help identify, build, and foster a pipeline of potential candidates
The Recruiting Program Lead will manage relationships within the organization to build brand awareness and gain access to talent and DEI initiatives for the Bank
The incumbent will lead the Summer Internship Program by working closely with the internship program team and internal/external partners

Responsibilities:
Design, lead and implement recruiting activities and strategy to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of campus talent that aligns to enterprise business goals
Support analyzing performance metrics to share with internal stakeholders, and understand hiring goals, initiatives, and projects throughout the enterprise
Develop and maintain relationships with industry specific organizations:
business leaders, HR partners, students and facility within external colleges/universities and workforce programs
Lead, manage, and execute the Bank s Internship program
Actively work on specific requisitions and support the Talent Acquisition marketing strategy
Recruit and may support specific positions that align to internships and trainee positions in conjunction with external workforce support
Align with internal partners on strategy, recruitment efforts, and hire opportunities
Marketing responsibilities which may include, partnering to maintain and support employer brand awareness, supporting DEI activities, and maintain recruitment marketing to enhance talent attraction strategy in the competitive market
Other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
Must have 4-7 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Prior Human Resource experience and/or campus recruitment is required
Experience in Financial Services preferred
Must have experience with passive recruitment tools such as LinkedIn
Must be current on the existing and upcoming trends of the industry to support talent strategy
Must have general business acumen
Must have a high level of professionalism interacting with all levels of management to build relationships
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have strong computer skills and strong proficiency of Microsoft Office products and MS Teams/Zoom
Previous experience in using Workday (Applicant tracking system) is strongly preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
