Overnight Security & Evening Van Driver Typical Shift Hours & Schedule Overnight Security 9pm-5am:
2 days a week Van Driver:
2pm-10pm:
2 days a week Overnight Security Requirements & Responsibilities The Security officer patrols the hotel and grounds.
Responds to security and emergencies in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.
Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items, and safety hazards to management.
What will you be doing Know and comply with all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Patrol all areas of the hotel, including grounds and parking lots.
Note, search, handle and report any unusual circumstances, safety violations, car or property theft, accidents, and injuries.
Maintain constant emergency readiness.
Respond immediately to all emergency alarms and calls for help.
Determine course of action, notify appropriate management and authorities and perform basic first aid as needed.
Enforce the No Solicitation Policy of the hotel, if necessary Escort suspicious or undesirable persons off property, if necessary.
Escort individuals to and from vehicles as needed.
Previous two years of experience required in loss prevention/security with applicable certifications Conduct investigations of security incidents.
Complete security forms documenting guest and employee property and/or personal injury incidents.
Van Driver Requirements & Responsibilities Responsible for driving hotel shuttle to pick up and drop off guests, and other duties as assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals.
Perform quality assurance (OA) requirements for the department.
Drive hotel vehicle(s) as assigned.
Drive safely, within posted speed limits, and in a defensive manner.
Report any vehicle problems to management immediately, I.

, problems with brakes, wipers, lights, tires, etc Pickup and or drop-off guests at the airport.
Assist guests by loading and unloading luggage.
Record details of trips such as destinations, passengers, etc.
Ensure vehicles) are properlv maintained.
