Senior Executive Reporting Designer (SVP)

Communications, Reporting & Analysis (CRA) is part of Citi s COO Controls organization, which supports the Enterprise by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk.
The team develops and maintains reports and tools and is responsible for leading projects and automation efforts to lead and deliver transformational efforts across the firm.
The individual in this role will report to the Controls Committee Management & Reporting Lead.
The team is responsible for the management, oversight, and implementation of global projects that enhance Citi s ability to proactively detect, measure and manage Operational Risk and other functions as needed.
This role requires an individual with strong experience Operational Risk Management, the ability to analyze business needs and translate to actionable outcomes, and a desire to work in a fast pace, agile and dynamic environment where priorities and expectations change.
Key Responsibility Overview:
The person in this role will be responsible for setting the standards of Operational and Compliance Risk dashboards to support Regulatory and Executive-level reporting.
They will be responsible for interfacing with business partners to understand reporting requirements, identify the needs that meet reporting objectives.
Post transition to development partners, the individual will be accountable for supporting the ongoing needs of the business to further document changes and ensure that all needs are cared for in a controlled and audit ready fashion.
They will drive the definitions and visualizations that will be used as the enterprise standard Operational and Compliance risk reporting.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Design concise executive-level reporting which allow end users to easily interpret analysis findings to make critical business decisionsDesign forward-looking reporting to help management anticipate and prepare for future eventsInterpret Operational Risk data and drive standard view for automationOngoing business support for evolving reporting needs translated to business requirementsEngage with cross-business and Line of Defense stakeholders to deliver on projects/initiatives and ensure reporting strategies are consistentManage timelines and deliverables independently with limited supervisionTranslate data and analysis clearly and concisely in order to be able to clearly communicate findings and recommended actions to senior leadership teamsProvide transparency to senior leadership through regular updates Ensure Project plans and implementations are Audit-ReadyEvaluate efficiency of existing reports and drive continuous improvementsJob Skills/QualificationsAt least 9 of experience in reporting design for Operational and Compliance riskAbility to lead the execution of business needsStrong understanding of Operational Risk & Control environmentAbility to develop & communicate senior level reports outlining problems and recommending solutions to resolveStrong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirementsCommitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skills to an executive audienAbility to perform under pressureAbility to function independentlyProficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsEducationBachelor s/University degree, Master s degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
