About this Role:
You will secure the drivers necessary to fulfill our client's campaign requirements.
Your's will be the initial great impression that inspires drivers to come on this journey with us.
You will dot your i's and cross your t's to ensure contracts sent are received and ready for approval.
You will be responsible for driver acquisition KPIs which you will strive to exceed in order to ensure successful campaign launches for our clients.
You will grow Carvertise culture through your care, grit and initiative.

Role Responsibilities Include:
Interviews drivers to assess campaign fit within established parameters Determines and communicates driver status:
advances when appropriate into the active campaign process, pipelines for future campaign needs or communicates improper fit Educates drivers on benefits and sells campaign; anticipates and overcomes objections Makes great impressions to inspire signing, motivate positive reviews/recommendations, encourage repeat business and increase Carvertise sentiment Issues contracts as appropriate, follows-ups and communicates/reports outcomes Meets or exceeds all quantitative and qualitative KPIs and other metrics assigned Maintains accurate and complete operational records, including communication logs; generates reports as needed Collaborates, brainstorms and troubleshoots as needed to ensure driver acquisition timelines are met; achieves individually and through team Provides on-the-job training to support skills development and competency of team members Supports all job and department process improvement initiatives Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management Requirements:
Associates or Technical Degree in Business or other relevant program preferred Minimum 3 years retail sales, call center or customer service experience in a business setting requiring a high level of professionalism, organization and communication Previous work in a high-volume, KPI-driven, call-center environment preferred Bilingual English/Spanish speaker/writer strongly preferred! Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, leaders, peers Goal-oriented, organized and results driven multi-tasker; uses time effectively Complies with processes, procedures and policies Adaptable and forward thinking, embracing and recommending process improvements; personal bar-raiser Tech savvy:
computer skills to include Google Suite, Slack, other business applications Friendly and professional--works and gels with the team; makes us stronger Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated for stretches of time Ability to use keyboard / laptop to perform work Carvertise is proud to be EOE.
