Job Description
HealthFitness has a great opportunity for a part-time (20 hours per week)Administrative Assistantat our client site located in Wilmington, DE. The Administrative Assistant position supports the managerial and professional staff with a variety of office functions that include, but are not limited to data entry, typing, office supply ordering and inventory, calendar maintenance and assisting with participant issue tracking.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties & Responsibilities)
Primary:
Performs office management responsibilities including internal record keeping, general mailings, daily mail distribution, and coordinating promotional material distribution.
Competent in use of Microsoft SharePoint.
Performs work processing tasks and creates/updates spreadsheets. Develops Power Point presentations as requested.
Coordinates schedule for weekly/monthly meetings, luncheons and celebrations. Manages conference center reservations.
Provides administrative and staffing support for all wellness programs and special
events
.
Performs customer service and participant issue tracking.
Initiate set up processes for products/service and support development of implementation plans.
Lead the invoicing process in partnership with finance and the billing coordinator and account manager.
Secondary:
Other duties as assigned.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience and Certifications:
Associate s Degree in a business related field and two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current First Aid and CPR/AED certifications preferred.
SharePoint experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of individuals both within HealthFitness and the client organization.
ESpatial Software or Equivalent per Microsoft Excel.
Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
