Account Manager

will be responsible for full Sales Account Management, identifying new customers, building new relationships, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, scheduling/attending new client meetings each week, obtaining and qualifying IT contract opportunities, negotiating rates and salaries, and collaborating with the recruiting team and IT consultants to create win-win matches for our candidates and clients.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience identifying and developing new client relationships.
Experience selling solutions/projects to clients. (software, mobile applications or payment related)
A strong sense of urgency.
Stable employment history.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fantastic phone and interpersonal skills.
Prior technical staffing experience is preferred.
This is a full-time position which offers a competitive salary, commission plan, monthly phone and car allowance and a full benefits package.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
