What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as first point of contact for assigned areas & provide guidance, identify next steps and appropriately triage issues.
- Supports delivery of a number of HR activities and programs which may include recruitment, training, reward and employee relations issues.
- Works with more senior HR Business Partner and management to understand business priorities and tailor HR support to local requirements.
- Independently leads HR programs and processes across US Commercial Business and can interact with leaders on inquiries as needed.
- Reviews HR policies and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for change. This would include maintaining the HR US Processes & Tools.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated HR acumen
- Excellent communication & influencing skills Desirable
- Strong project management experience
