Precision's personnel are routinely involved with projects in power plants, refineries, energy plants and industrial facilities from coast to coast. We provide personnel for contract staffing, direct placement positions and managed resource programs.
Precision is currently recruiting for a Metrics Statistician for Customer Care. This is a long-term contract position.
The Metrics Statistician will support the collection, analysis and maintenance of data used to fulfill corporate metrics, customer care and Company initiatives.
The Statistician will lead projects associated with metrics and data collection, including, but not limited to:
1. Creation and presentation of supporting documents and charts.
2. Tracking and conveying project updates.
3. Merging data.
4. Maintenance of data table.
Advanced Excel-creating macros, merging data, very high level skills.
Analytical thinking
2 years minimum of statistical experience preferred.
Sharepoint experience preferred.
Data driven by nature.
Minimum bachelor's degree in statistics or mathematical statistics required.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong mathematical skills and ability to further develop those skills.
An ability to effectively communicate within the organization and ensure support for improvement projects.
Demonstrated leadership capability.
Strong interpersonal skills. Network and influence people.
Team work skills
Project management experience would be helpful.
Experience in or desire to be involved in the process of organizational change and development.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
