Job Description Responsible for reviewing, validating, and entering client processingconfigurations into various database systems in preparation for clientinstallations, changes, or upgrades on the Star Processing and First DataDebit platforms. Ensures that all data entry work is properly screened forcompleteness and accuracy prior to entry. Works with requesting groupsto identify and resolve problems with database entries and clientconfigurations targeted for implementation. Ensures that work issuccessfully promoted into production systems with the highest level ofquality. Provides off-hours support on a rolling basis to cover productionimplementation of database entries. Addresses and appropriately respondsto database-related issues while on call to ensure quick resolution andlimited impact to client processing.
Candidate Requirements 1. 3 years related experience in a high-volume and demanding data entryenvironment.
2. Expertise in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and use of PCsfor data entry purposes.
3. Demonstrates ability to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment. Is effective in prioritizing and organizing work.
4. Detailed oriented and focused on delivering quality work.
5. Knowledge of Tandem/Non-Stop environments, specifically relating todatabase tools and utilities, preferred.
6. Must be able to respond to issues and emergencies during non-workinghours.
7. Outstanding customer orientation, must be driven to fully satisfy clientneeds
8. Effective problem solver, ability to detect issues early and determinecorrective actions quickly
Preferred Qualifications 3
yrs of related IT experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, Certifications, or equivalent military experience.
