Network Analysis
Change Management Control
Break Fix Level2 Support
Identify possible network affecting situations, faulty hardware or logical problems.
Access the network via the use of their knowledge and available tools, identify and resolve the fault in a timely manner.
Complete weekly/daily tasks associated with operational support.
Develop design and system configuration based on technical requirements
Recommend enhancements/changes to system design as appropriate
Work closely with key business unit liaisons to ensure expectations are documented
Work closely with personnel to define system deployment schedule
Cisco Certification
5
years' experience in Network Operations for Level 2 support, Data Networking and design/system configuration.
Firewall managementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
