Troubleshoot office equipment (Desktops, Phones, Printers, etc)
Troubleshoot low scale networking issues
Ability to disassemble and assemble a desktop/laptop
Maintain IT Inventory
Track employee assigned hardware
Verify and Maintain IT Wiki
Employee on boarding and off boarding
Maintain Google Apps for Business
Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, and Server Operating Systems
Knowledge of Mac OS X and Linux Operating Systems
Ability to backup/restore a PC
Knowledge of Virtual Machines
Works well in both a team environment and independently
Great communication skills
Ability to relay thoughts in layman's terms
Great work ethic a must
Eager and willing to learn something new every dayEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
