What will you do?
As a Technical Lead on the Product Support Engineering team, you will provide complex troubleshooting and support to some of the world's largest companies. You will receive the most complex problems, up to and including re-engineering code to resolve issues. We need you to be a self-starter and self-sufficient. Our clients aren't calling us with run of the mill support desk questions. You will find yourself immersed in a variety of complex Linux, SQL, Networking and Coding challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with one of the most brilliant software development and QA teams in the area, to identify and fix defects in a mission critical application.
In addition, you'll be a key part in our efforts to up-keep a vast Solutions Knowledge Base/Internal Wiki. This role will be instrumental in software installations and upgrades.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
