Responsible for translating most highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. These needs typically involve a significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions. Also, provides expertise to lower leveled consultants. This is the highest level in a career progression. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Determines specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs. May lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs. Performs test planning and executes testing. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires BS/BA degree and at least 9 years experience, which must include project management and analysis. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Solid leadership experience and exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels.
Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills and ability to seamlessly interact with both the business and IT.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Agile Sprint Leadership and management skills (someone who can lead and facilitate meetings, manage priorities, backlog and sprint reporting but also big picture, manage capacity, etc). Experience managing from initiation through requirements, exectution, testing, deployment and warranty.
Ability to write both business and technical requirements to produce coherent, usable and informative documents.
Ability to create wireframes
Ability to lead JAD sessions and effectively facilitate meetings and discussions.
Experience eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
Stakeholder relationship management.
Sharepoint (power-user)
Previous intranet experience
Basic HTML, CSS, Javascript understanding
Familiarity with web services
PMP Cerification preferred
2 years within a testing role (or BA/Testing dual role) required
Must have solid experience writing SQL queries to gather test data
Must have experience working with tools to call webservices for data and functional testing
Must have experience with writing test scripts for automated testing tools
Preferred: experience with tools like Selenium, Jenkins, TFS
Preferred: experienceon Sharepoint development projects and can articulate
capabilities and customization options within the product
Priject experience implementing a large COTS product, letter generation and massive printing operation preferred
Project management experience required
