Responsible for leading and managing technical direction of information system and programming activities in the support of diverse systems operations, migrations and system retirement. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Oversees information systems functions for multiple sites and systems, relationship management with business and IT partners including vendor partners, establish appropriate quality controls and procedures. Manages a domain or suite of applications (or the equivalent capital and/or level of responsibility. Oversees strategic planning, budget development and management for multiple cost centers, contract compliance and any necessary integration of government regulatory requirements. Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports. Associate will also lead iniatives around new provider collaborations or partnerships.
Requires BS/BA in Computer Science or related field; 15 years of information systems and management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Experience, expertise and/or specific certification may be required for a Job Group. Expertise in relevant tools and technical skills required. Ability to manage across geographically diverse associates and vendor partners. Knowledge and working experience with, products and services, including: Provider Data. Health insurance industry required. .
