Global Payroll Manager-Direct hire
The Rosen Group, the premier placement firm for Human Resource professionals, is seeking a Manager of Payroll and Benefits to be part of our client's HR team based in Wilmington,DE
. The ideal candidate will administer payroll and benefits across the company using ADP Workforce Now.This person will manage the activities in carrying out responsibility for U.S multi state,Canadian and UK payroll preparation/processing and related responsibilities such as tax reporting,benefits-records administration and payroll system maintenance.
Qualifications:
5 plus years of hands on payroll experience
Knowledge of ADP Products
Knowledge of MULTI-STATE (GLOBAL) PAYROLL administration
Knowledge of long and short term employee incentive programs,data entry management,people management,reporting skills,financial skills and/or accounting background is a major plus. CPP designation preferred.
