Project Manager

The Estimator is an integral part of the construction process in producing accurate estimates, which ensures our companies competitiveness, profitability, and growth.

Review, and accurately price emergency, and reconstruction repairs for insurance losses and/or other restoration/construction projects. Utilize computer estimating software to generate estimates. Must make sure all initial paperwork such as work authorizations are signed by the Policyholder. The estimator will work diligently with our project manager and field personnel to arrange and execute completion of all projects productively and to the customer's satisfaction.
Minimum 5 years experience as a construction Manager.
Degree in related field desirable but not necessary.
Responsible for working with Subcontractors and suppliers during bid process in order to obtain complete bid package information.
Review proposal specifications, drawings and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Insure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.
Able to understand architectural, structural, and mechanical related drawings.
Ability to work on and complete estimates without guidance.
Proficient in the estimating software program Xactimate and Sketch is required.
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs and CRM is required.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have great drive for success.
Superior marketing and customer relation skills are a must.
Mandatory on call one week a month and rotating Holidays
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
