My name is Christina and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wilmington, DE. Details for the positions are as follows:

Job Description:
Perform compensation analysis, gain offer approval and present offers to candidates in assigned client group(s).
Support onboarding activities for new hires within assigned client group(s).
Work with HR & Recruitment colleagues (and existing RPO Partner) to identify recruitment sources and launch recruitment campaigns to fill candidate pools with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Partner with Recruitment and RPO colleagues to craft & deliver effective communications & training to Hiring Managers regarding the best practices in attracting, assessing and acquiring top talent.
Serve as a Sourcer for a small number of critical requisitions by working with our internal and external resources to make candidate presentation for these critical requisitions a top priority.
Provide regular recruiting status, project status reporting and key risks reviews with Recruitment and HR Business Partners; propose mitigation actions to address risks.

Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment specialist experience where delivering highly qualified candidate pools for hard to fill roles was a top priority; additional experience working in corporate Human Resource departments will be beneficial.
Strong understanding of Compensation, Rewards and Benefits and an ability to ensure candidate understanding of these programs.
Previous experience supporting or working within client groups in a Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing or Clinical/R&D environment is highly desired.
Track record of success in building candidate pools for currently open requisitions, as well as building strategies for attraction of candidates in future/pipeline candidates.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships across a range of key stakeholders and customers.
Strong negotiating skills, able to identify business focused solutions in the face of organizational or administrative barriers.
Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.
Strong presentation skills; with ability to consume large volumes of information and condense them into an impactful and relevant message.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
