Job Description:
We are seeking a highly-experienced and capable Talent Acquisition professional to help us ensure effective delivery of recruitment services to a variety of business units. We are committed to supporting the needs of our clients, and need to add a top-notch player to our team.
You will be responsible for managing requisitions for your assigned client group(s) in partnership with AZ Recruitment Partners, RPO CRMs/Recruiters and Human Resources Business Partners. The role will involve the ability to work quickly, adjust strategies to deliver effectively for differing roles and therapeutic areas and identify those role(s) requiring additional efforts. The selected individual requires the experience and confidence to handle a large workload in a fast-paced, complex recruitment & onboarding model.
Responsibilities:
Perform compensation analysis, gain offer approval and present offers to candidates in assigned client group(s).
Support onboarding activities for new hires within assigned client group(s).
Work with HR & Recruitment colleagues (and existing RPO Partner) to identify recruitment sources and launch recruitment campaigns to fill candidate pools with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Partner with Recruitment and RPO colleagues to craft & deliver effective communications & training to Hiring Managers regarding the best practices in attracting, assessing and acquiring top talent.
Serve as a Sourcer for a small number of critical requisitions by working with our internal and external resources to make candidate presentation for these critical requisitions a top priority.
Provide regular recruiting status, project status reporting and key risks reviews with Recruitment and HR Business Partners; propose mitigation actions to address risks.
