My name is Andrew and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wilmington, DE. Details for the positions are as follows:

Job Description
Seeking a Recruiting Specialist
Strong understanding of Compensation, Rewards and Benefits and an ability to ensure candidate understanding of these programs
Perform compensation analysis, gain offer approval and present offers to candidates in assigned client group(s)
Support onboarding activities for new hires within assigned client group(s)
Work with HR & Recruitment colleagues (and existing RPO Partner) to identify recruitment sources and launch recruitment campaigns to fill candidate pools with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner
Partner with Recruitment and RPO colleagues to craft & deliver effective communications & training to Hiring Managers regarding the best practices in attracting, assessing and acquiring top talent
Serve as a Sourcer for a small number of critical requisitions by working with our internal and external resources to make candidate presentation for these critical requisitions a top priority
Provide regular recruiting status, project status reporting and key risks reviews with Recruitment and HR Business Partners; propose mitigation actions to address risks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
