Installations Project Manager - Full-Time 2
year expected Assignment (possibly longer)
Location: These positions will be based in the Delaware Valley Region.
Travel: Approximate 75% Travel and 25% Home Base with regular visits to Team office.
Pay Rate $60/hour ( Approximately $125,000 annualized) Plus Medical Benefits, 10 Days Paid Vacation, 3 Paid Sick Days. Work Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
At least 7 years of capital building and equipment project management, technical and supervisory experience required

Role and Responsibilities
oManage Technology electricity generator installations projects
oOwn and manage installation schedule and project budget
oNegotiate design & construction contracts
oWork closely with Customer to develop operational and cost effective site designs for the placement and operation of CLIENT
oEnsure all project execution documents are technical complete and meet the local and state laws
oDevelop complete scope documents for competitive General Contractor bids
oDevelop project budget and manage costs against WBS categories, manage project variances and contingencies to ensure projects are commissioned within the budget
oDevelop executable methodologies that consistently lower the long term cost of installation
oWork with local governmental authorities to secure all build and operational permits
oManage utility interconnections schedule as well as costs
oDocument and track all key drawings, schedules, budgets, agreements, and project communications.
oEnsure compliance of all safety, and performance metrics during site installations and commissioning for CLIENT personnel and General Contractors.
oEnsure that CLIENT customers have 100% Customer Satisfaction with the with the installation process
oManage incentives/rebates process on behalf of Customer
oBe the CLIENT focal point for the customer, permitting agencies, utilities, others
oChampion permitting and interconnection process improvements


Skills and
Experience:
oMinimum 7 years of capital building and equipment project management, technical and supervisory experience
oStrong experience related to the development, management, documentation and on budget execution of capital projects is essential
oHighly effective communication skills, both written and verbal
oSuccessful candidate must be highly motivated personality and a strong ability to handle a number of client projects at one time.
oWell-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers, utility and governmental personnel
oExcellent organizational skills & demonstrated ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
oMust be able to work in a team environment with an excellent customer service focus
oProject Management of turnkey building construction and electrical system installations, specifically Technology installations, highly favorable
oBackground in facilities, power systems, and grid interconnection preferred
oFamiliarity with building/mechanical/electrical codes (NEC, NFPA) highly favorable
oFamiliarity with applicable standards and regulations highly favorable
oB.S. in Technical Degree such as Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering strongly preferred, other applicable B.S. degrees in Construction Mgt, Architecture or Science with applicable experience may be considered.
