My name is DONALD and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a TRAINING COORDINATOR for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in WILMINGTON, DE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
Responsible for managing day-to-day department operations in support of all training programs and department activities
Ensure all program budget, communications, planning, materials, and records are managed to meet the needs of the L&D teams
Manage and run the L&D department operations that include the timely development/production/distribution of all training materials for all training programs

Responsibilities:
Evaluate department operating effectiveness, recommend efficiency opportunities, and implement changes
Integrate company policy and programs into all existing training content and manage all program material originals and checklists
Works in conjunction with Medical Resource Leader providing compliance reporting and data base management to maintain full training attendance and performance records and meet legal requirements for compliance reporting
Providing documented training records and results are key responsibilities
Implement and execute the L&D training curriculum programs as scheduled
Manage material purchasing to support training program curriculum
Manage the creation, modification, and oversight of Training agendas (TA)
Confirm presenters participation for all training programs
Actively manage master file of program presentations
Arrange ground transportation for all training participants if needed
Confirm transportation arrangements with traveling participants
Prepare and distribute Welcome Packets
Coordinate meeting room set-up including audiovisual equipment, flip charts, etc.
Contact Security and Reception Services via written communication to apprise them of field employees visiting our offices for training
Prepare and distribute follow-up letters and materials to participants
Execute training surveys and evaluations in conjunction with L&D managers
Responsible for program take-aways for training program participants
Reproduce and distribute handouts for all training programs
Ensure complete reporting and LMS system updates to maintain training participation, attendance, and performance records
Manages monthly program expenses and vendor purchase requisitions
Design and develop department budget, maintain tracking spreadsheet, and complete monthly updates to Finance
Ensure budget accuracy of +/- 2% versus plan
Manage 3rd party contracts with Finance and Legal
Track and validate monthly actuals and plans, adjust rest of year budget projection
Manage all purchase orders, master service agreements, and interface with all vendors on invoicing and invoice processing
Reconcile all department expenses for all charges associated with training expenditures
Create and update calendar of events for all training and all meeting activities in each TA
Provide administrative support to meet major project timelines and department operations
Organize vendor list w/capabilities feedback file
Act as liaison between L&D department and external customers
Schedule meetings and compose routine correspondence
Develop and produce graphics for PowerPoint presentations
Responsible for ensuring complete and accurate compliance records for all US MA personnel
Work cross functionally to ensure effective communications and tracking of compliance training
Develop and maintain detailed training attendance records to fulfil compliance reporting needs
Produce summary and exceptions reports as required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
