My name is Domenic and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a HR Administrator/Recruitment Advisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wilmington, DE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

In this role, you will be the central resource for processing of new requisition requests by Hiring Managers; as well as handling telephone and e-mail liaison with hiring managers, administrative assistants, recruitment partners, recruitment coordinators and other HR colleagues wherever needed. This role involves engagement with external parties, such as our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partner, who support some of our hiring activity.

You will provide critical support to hiring managers, recruitment partners and recruitment coordinators through:
Support and end-to-end project management of new requisition requests submitted by hiring managers.
Accurate collection of information and proper use of the systems that will be deployed throughout HR to support the recruitment processes.
Working with Recruitment Coordinators from other countries to ensure that Global Postings are completed in a timely manner.
Submitting accurate requisition information to our RPO partner for entry into the recruitment management system.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an administrative role in a corporate setting is required; additional years of experience and/or previous administrative support in an HR/Recruiting environment are a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent required; Business school certificate or other relevant higher education is a plus.
Well developed people skills and ability to engage, communicate and work across local and regional Recruitment and HR teams, major stakeholders and other internal clients.
Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong administrative/organization skills, with proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools and software (e.g. HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems).
We desire a fast learner who is able to take ownership of responsibilities (after training) and work with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:
Work is performed at a desk using a computer and telephone most of the day, but may involve periods of time away from desk at meetings or other recruiting events. Will interact with Recruitment colleagues, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and external vendors.

Duration: 7
months

Targeted Pay Rate: $30 - $34/Hour

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
