Must have a master's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, and two years of application development experience including ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript and Visual Studio or a bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, and five years of application development experience including ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript and Visual Studio.
