Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and efficient support to our customers
Provide timely and clear communication to customers
Confirm and report defects to development team
Write technical documents for the corporate Solutions Knowledge Base / Internal Wiki
Assist with Internal IT Support and Quality Assurance needs as time allows
Support all components and process of the software
Support new and existing client software installations over the phone as well as via WebEx (desktop sharing) within an established SLA
Owning issues and seeing them through to resolution and customer satisfaction
Applying OS, DB, hardware, and product updates to customers
As a member of the Product Support team, you will provide complex troubleshooting and support to some of the worlds largest companies. Our clients arent calling us with run of the mill support desk questions. You will find yourself immersed in a variety of complex Linux, SQL, Networking and Coding challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with one of the most brilliant software development and QA teams in the area, to identify and correct defects in a mission critical application.
In addition, youll be key part in our efforts to upkeep a vast Solutions Knowledge Base/Internal Wiki. This role will be instrumental in software installations and upgrades.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Linux OS (file and process management)
BASH shell scripting
SQL queries (mainly select & join syntax)
Coding experience with C/C++, PHP, and/or JavaScript
Must have excellent communication skills and have the interest in working with customers (namely network engineers, network managers, and server administrators)
Must have good logical and analytical problem solving skills
Must have interest in working for a technology company that is growing rapidly and be able to adapt to the ongoing growth
Must thrive on technical challenges
Able to independently see a project through to completion
Able to communicate technical information clearly and precisely to customers of varying technical knowledge levels
Thorough and consistent in all aspects of work
Interest in learning new things and mastering new technologiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
