Basic Function:
Coordinates and oversees relationship management of clients and the day-to-day administration of assigned accounts. This includes all administrative, operational and risk management activities for capital market transactions. May serve as main point of contact with the client and their internal and external service partners. This position will administer capital market transactions that have a significant complexity and impact on the Company. Three key aspects will be the assignment of new and/or high impact clients, the development and delivery of innovative products and/or services, with a focus on MBS/ABS Indenture Trustee services including backup servicing and cash flow analytics.
Administrative Functions:
Review, develop, and deliver innovative transactions, products and/or services.
Responsible for accounts of significant intricacy, complexity, level of risk and annual fee generation.
Direct the timely execution of all cash flows, fee billing, internal and external reporting, tickler processing.
Monitor all activity related to assigned accounts to ensure accounts are setup and operating within established guidelines.
Coordinate KYC documents for assigned clients.
Review accounts to ensure they are set-up on relevant administrative and operational systems/databases within established guidelines.
Review, analyze and comment on all operative documents pertaining to assigned accounts.
Evaluate fees for suitability and conformance with fee schedules.
Monitor and collect aged receivables, where appropriate.
Responsible for ensuring the coordination of all administrative, operational and risk management support for assigned accounts.
Research and resolve issues related to all aspects of assigned accounts.
Provide coverage and support for team members within Section and Unit/Section Manager as instructed.
Collaborate with other parties, including but not limited to attorneys, financial advisors, interested parties and alliance/service partners, to structure and close capital market transactions.
Relationship Management:
Manages relationships, cultivating present and prospective clients as sources of new business. This may include travel and client visits, if appropriate.
Connect with clients to ensure the quality of service and uncover opportunities for referrals for other banking services.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree the equivalent training and/or work experience.
With an additional six years of client service experience
A minimum of two years Corporate Trust experience, specifically Owner Trustee.
Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the use of computers and software applications (such as Microsoft Office)
Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comment on legal documents.
Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
Demonstrated familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations.
Demonstrated strategic thinking/problem solving skills.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Two years Indentured Trustee experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
